New Starters Handbook
Welcome to the team!
I was commissioned by the EBRD HR team to design an employee handbook which would welcome new joiners to the organisation.
The handbook outlines the bank’s mission statement and guiding principles, as well as detailing rewards, benefits and training available to employees.
A cast of characters
The client’s brief called for a diverse cast of characters to populate the handbook, providing lively illustrations to accompany the reference material, which ranges from general housekeeping, to gym membership and pension information.
I designed 3D character illustrations which could be used to depict a variety of scenarios for the print and digital handbook, as well as an animated induction video.
